Schedule: In-office to start, hybrid thereafter
Compensation: $150,000-$225,000 base + discretionary bonus
PTO: Unlimited PTO
Licensing: Active Colorado Bar license in good standing required
About the Opportunity
Our client, a highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm in Denver, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. Known for its strong reputation in construction defect litigation, this firm offers a collaborative environment, high-quality case work, and meaningful opportunities to develop as a trial lawyer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage plaintiff-side construction defect cases from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; argue motions in court
Conduct and defend depositions, including experts
Develop case strategies and maintain proactive client communication
Assist with trial preparation and, when appropriate, participate in trial
Work closely with partners, associates, and legal support staff to advance case progress
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally including construction defect, PI, or complex litigation
Trial experience is a major plus (trial prep, second-chair, or first-chair)
Licensed in Colorado, active and in good standing
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Excellent legal writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills
Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently and efficiently
